Action Learning
Action learning is a highly successful problem solving methodology for small groups which captures the best thinking of all group members and enriches their abilities to tackle important issues, take action and learn from the effects of that action.
We offer a range of services to support the development of action learning sets in the workplace, plus training for those who would like to become qualified action learning facilitators. ecf action learning programmes are accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
