Action Learning Facilitation

This service is for anyone interested in setting up an Action Learning Set within an organisation, as part of a cross partner initiative, or within the public, private or voluntary sector.

Action learning provides a clear forum for managers, leaders and those involved in coaching to discuss all issues and problems relating to management and leadership on a regular basis.

We will help you to put together a framework for in-house Action Learning Sets. This will include briefings and introductory workshops on Action Learning for staff and other interested parties and a trained and experienced Action Learning facilitator for in-house sets.

By the end of the sessions, participants will be able to:

  • Make informed and well thought out choices

  • Focus on problem solving

  • Test effective methods of working with others

  • Learn how to manage change

  • Benefit from a structured space for reflection

  • Plan before acting on issues within a supportive and challenging framework

  • Improve the following skills and techniques:

  • team coaching

  • non-directive coaching

  • leading a group

  • reflection and acute self-awareness
