Action Learning Practitioner

The course is aimed at people who are interested in learning more about the practice of Action Learning, who may have experience in the field, and are seeking continual professional development and accreditation in Action Learning.p>

Over the course of six ½ day sessions, we will practice specific Action Learning techniques and explore issues which relate to the facilitator’s role. Participants will share their experiences of facilitation in practice, transferring valuable knowledge and creating the opportunity for group members to mentor one another within supportive professional networks.

Aims of Action Learning Facilitation Practioner:

  • Share practical issues when starting to facilitate sets
  • Continue to master skills, challenge thinking and give honest feedback
  • Transfer valuable knowledge about Action Learning techniques
  • Learn from the success of others
  • Try out new techniques within a supportive setting
  • Solve problems and issues relating to own vision of Action Learning
  • Build up a network of other professional facilitators

Pre-requisites

Participants must have completed ecf Action Learning Facilitation Training or a similar programme, or have experience facilitating an Action Learning Set

Accreditation:

Accreditation is available with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) on completion of the training.
