- mastering the challenge/empathy matrix
- try out new techniques within a supportive setting
- solve problems and issues relating to own vision of action learning
- set up vital support links with other professional facilitators
Day 1 Mastering the practice of facilitation
- Discover the facilitation skills you need that really benefit an action learning group.
- Identify and then step beyond your usual constraints into facilitation mastery
Day 2 Design, deliver & sell action learning programmes
- Learn the most productive and efficient way of setting up an action learning group.
- We will show you how to ‘get action learning and yourself out there’ – into organisations and groups in a variety of sectors
Day 3 New action learning techniques and frameworks
- When you are regularly facilitating you need fresh ideas.
- We will give you a selection of new techniques and group activities to test out.
- Boost your energy and enthusiasm as a facilitator and improve learning and inspire action from your group
Pre-requisite:
Participants must have completed Stage 1 or a similar programme, or have experience facilitating an action learning set

Accreditation:
To gain stage 2 accreditation with the ILM, candidates must also attend the Consolidation of Theory & Practice accreditation day.
