Coaching Training (Stage 1)

- Life coaching
- Management coaching
- Executive coaching
- Youth coaching
Day 1 Kicking off with Coaching
- Do you want to become a professional, independent coach, or maybe you want to use coaching in your current work.
- Gain a grounding in the key principles that all coaching shares, whether that be executive, management, youth or life coaching.
- Learn some of the basic principles of coaching and experience what it is like to coach and be coached.
Day 2 Stepping into the Coach's Shoes
- Learn and practice some of the fundamental skills of coaching.
- Identify a clear and easy to use framework for your first session as a coach.
- Try out skills in creating a coaching relationship with focussed and relevant outcomes.
Days 3 & 4 Up and Running & Performing as a Coach
- Two lively, practical training days will equip you with the ability to use a range of coaching techniques to take you through your first six sessions as a coach.

Accreditation:
To gain stage 1 accreditation with the ILM, candidates must also attend the Consolidation of Theory & Practice accreditation day.
