Coaching Training (Stage 2)

Day 1 Your Coaching under the Spotlight
- Get to grips with what you need to do to become a master coach.
- Take a good look at how you coach and how successful you are.
- Touch base with where you are in your career and where you want to go.
Day 2 Standing out as a Coach
- Discover the skills and unique characteristics you have as a coach to enable you to stand out from the crowd.
- We will provide you with a variety of coaching methods and techniques which will freshen up and make your sessions better than the rest.
Day 3 Converting Passion into Sales
- Being clear about your vision as a coach is one thing, but turning it into a successful business venture is another.
- Step by step instructions on selling your coaching and expanding your practice.
Pre-requisites:
Participants will have completed ecf Coaching Training (Stage 1) and/or a similar training programme and/or practising as a life coach or coaching in some capacity.
Duration:
9.30 – 4.00pm.

£570 +VAT (£480 +VAT early-bird)

This course is eligible for 70% funding from the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. Eligibility criteria applies.
Accreditation:
To gain stage 2 accreditation with the ILM, candidates must also attend the Consolidation of Theory & Practice accreditation day.
