Laughter Yoga
This session is designed to enable participants to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of laughter. A proven stress buster, laughter reduces the levels of stress hormones in the body, offers a way to defuse and release anger and strengthen the immune system. Laughter also makes us more creative and imaginative, helping individuals to be more self-confident and self-expressive within their personal and professional lives. As such, it is an ideal choice of activity for team building away days.
By the end of this session, participants should be able to:
- Identify the health benefits of laughter
- Laugh for no reason
- Engage in playful laughter exercises
- Use laughter to improve well-being
- Use laughter to combat stress
Pre-requisites:
This session involves several yoga warm-up, breathing and stretching exercises. Please bring loose comfortable clothes.

2 hours. Can be combined with any other ecf training product
