Training Needs Analysis

The aim of the session is to identify current issues and problems for managers and organisations in relation to the development and performance of their team. The session allows the client to think and reflect about the particular needs of the team and identify a team development plan which is relevant and reflective of the current issues. It offers a chance for managers to focus on team needs in a structured and constructive way, receiving expert guidance and coaching to create a unique programme of activities and methodologies to move forward.

By the end of the session, the client should be able to:

  • Identify the desired outcomes of team development
  • identify current issues and problems in relation to team performance
  • identify ‘hotspots’ for team development
